Lubricating Circular Rack (the center shaft)
When Circular Rack lacks lubrication, friction between the thread and the gear inside the shaver will cause the machine to produce unusual noises during operation (often a squeaking noise). Therefore, grease oil should be applied to Circular Rack every 2 weeks even if you are not experiencing any problem with the shaver or hearing any noise from the shaver.
Step 1:
Remove Shaver Set and Machine Top Cover.
Step 2:
Push the Switch upward to raise Circular Rack to its top position.

Step 3:
Apply grease oil to the Circular Rack.
(Make sure that the thread gaps on Circular Rack are fully filled with grease.)
Step 4:
Push the Switch downward to lower Circular Rack to the bottom.

Step 5:
Apply grease oil to the visible part of the Circular Rack.
(Make sure that the thread gaps on Circular Rack are fully filled with grease.)
